3. Asakusa Nekoen
When you go to Asakusa Nekoen, don’t expect the place to be really cozy, as it looks and feels literally like a room full of cats! And there’s a special reason why. All the cats inside are rehabilitated strays and they’re ready for adoption. The owner has been rescuing stray cats for over 7 years now. And with this kind of advocacy, more people that will come to this cafe mean more chances that these feline cuties will get adopted.

4. Neko JaLaLa in Akihabara
