Ireland is one of my favorite countries and it’s one I’ve visited a number of times over the years. Every trip though has been very different and not once did I feel like I was retracing my steps too much. I taped this episode while traveling in Ireland a few weeks ago as I drove around the southeast part of the country, mostly in County Waterford. I spent several days experiencing the best of what this part of Ireland has to offer before heading north and even more adventures. Traveling in Ireland is never the same trip twice, which is probably why so many people love to visit.
