1. Schengen Visa Application Form – completed and signed by the applicant (or by a parent in case of minors)
2. Valid Passport and copy – must be valid 3 months after the visa expiration and with 2 blank pages. Include a photocopy of the biopage.
3. Colored photo – 35 x 45 mm with white background, it must be not older than 6 months

STEP 3: On your schedule, proceed to the VFS Application Center. Submit your visa application with required and supporting documents.
STEP 4: Pay the Fees and get your biometrics taken.
STEP 5: Wait for the decision. You will be contacted once a decision has been made.
STEP 6: Claim your passport at the VAC from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. You can also get it through courier.
