With a lot of people transacting with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC): taking examinations for a license, getting or renewing their IDs and getting certifications, PRC now has online services. Years ago, you need to wake up and line early at the PRC office avail of those services, after that you need to line again for picture taking or paying at the cashier. Ubos isang araw mo dyan.
Luckily, there is a new system in PRC: the LERIS (Licensure Examination & Registration Information Systelm), where you can schedule an appointment or register online. Hindi ka na gigising ng maaga para mag-line, less than half-day tapos ka na. So, for those who just graduated as Education, Nursing, Architecture, Accountancy, Engineering, and the like; you could learn how to apply for your exam through the PRC Online process here. Also for those who recently passed their board exams and need to register in PRC, or renew their IDs, then this guide is for you.

PRC Online Registration
To avail of their online services from the examination, registration, and renewal. You need to register first.
1. Go to this website.
2. Under the registration, read the terms and conditions. Then click “I Agree” at the bottom.
3. Put in your details and register.
4. With the account you registered, sign on the website.
5. Fill-out your personal information. Review and save your information.
6. Upload your photo. Don’t forget to check the photo requirements e.g. 2×2 White background, with collar, and recently taken.
You can’t proceed without uploading a photo.

Basic Qualifications for PRC Licensure Exam Takers
- Filipino Citizen
- At least 18 years old
- Good moral Character
- Graduate or Degree Holder from a school recognized by the government
- Not convicted

- Transcript of Records with pictures and remarks stating “For Board Examination purposes only”
- You can ask from your school or sometimes they handle or process it quickly especially if you have exams in May
- PSA Birth Certificate

PRC Online Licensure Exam Application Guide
1. Log-in to your account at online.prc.gov.ph
2. Click Select Transaction and put in the details of your examination.
3. Select Preferred PRC Office or Service Center Center and scheduled date or time.
4. Click proceed and select the payment option.
For PRC Cashier, you will be paying at the office or center where you will have an appointment, just take note of the reference number.
If you want to pay through Land Bank, input your account number and pin for payment.
You can also pay with your GCash Account by choosing the Land Bank Option.
5. Go to existing transactions and print your application form.
6. On your scheduled appointment, bring all your required documents.
7. Go to the PRC in-charge and ask where you can buy a documentary stamp, a metered mailing envelope and Permanent Examination & Registration Record Card (PERRC).
8. At the processing counter, submit your requirements including the application form and additional specific documents depending on your course and accomplished PERRC.
9. Wait for your name to be called. You will be given a Notice of Admission (NOA) together with the Program and mailing envelope. Keep it as it will be needed on the day of your exam.

2. Make a Special Power of Attorney appointing a representative to submit your requirements for you.
3. A week before the examination, go to the branch to claim your Notice of Admission.

7. Go to existing transactions and print the oath form.
1. On your scheduled appointment, bring all your required documents.
2 Sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
3. Attend the mass oath-taking to get your Certificate of Registration and Professional ID Card. If you can’t attend, then you must request a special oath-taking and must have a good reason why you didn’t attend the event.

9. Wait for your new PRC ID.
PRC ID is good for three years.
PRC ID is a valid ID that all government establishments accept as identification, so if you better renew it or get if you don’t have a passport or a UMID ID.
