If there’s anything that the travel social media world has taught me, it’s that people are suckers for a good quote. However, it has also taught me that people are lazy and lack originality. That’s the only conclusion I can reach after having seen the same quotes circulated what must surely be thousands of times. In an effort to rid ourselves of these forever, a cleansing purge of vocabulary, I want to share the worst offenders as well as offer some alternatives to the best travel quotes that I think deserve a little more recognition.
