Cooking process of red meats is way different than cooking poultry items. Chicken, duck, and turkey need to be prepped and cooked at different temperatures using different techniques than that of cooking beef, pork or ham. It cannot be denied that roasted beef or ham and pot is a delicacy at every household and everybody loves a dinner meal when you serve them these delicacies. But there are often many out there who suffers from the fear of cooking these delicious and juicy meats fo they are too afraid that they will either overcook it or undercooked it. We obviously cannot afford to serve an under or overcooked meat to the guests now, can we? Of course not. But it is not as scary as it seems. While they are red meats they still have their own dissimilarities while you cook them. The cooking temperature for a whole ham is different than that of roasting pork. The cooking time and temperature of all these meats heavily depend on their weight and sizes as well for the bigger the portion of your meat the more time it will need in the oven. There is also a resting time for each of these meats and they have rest for a specific amount of time before you serve them to the guests. It is all about learning that temperature control and once you do so you will never fail to serve the perfectly cooked meat dishes in the center of your dining table among the guests.
